Our GelPacks can either be frozen or simply refrigerated. To emphasise the effectiveness of our gel packs, we have conducted a temperature study.

Gel packs are the safe solution - the cooling capacity lasts 30-50% longer than water-based cooling elements, and with gel there is no risk of wet goods.

Ultrathin Freezing
We also have the possibility to supply an ultra-thin freezer element. This element is good for smaller refrigeration tasks and an advantage if space in the transport box is tight. The freezing element is dimensionally stable and there is no risk of leakage.
The cooling element is a water-filled foam block tightly enclosed in plastic film. The element is frozen before use and then packaged with goods to be stored in a refrigerator at between 2 and 5 degrees C.
The advantages of this freezing element compared to traditional gel bags are that this freezing element is more efficient and has a fixed shape and can be frozen directly on pallets or where they are packed in boxes and continue to retain their shape.

Phenolic foam phenolic foam is neutral in its foamed state and is therefore not harmful to humans or the environment. It can be incinerated in the same way as household waste.
